This work is external, non-evaluative, and confidential. It is not counselling, therapy, performance appraisal, or instructional coaching. Instead, ERS™ offers teachers a dedicated professional space to pause, reflect, and navigate complexity with clarity and confidence.
Behaviour Navigator was created in response to a growing gap in the profession: teachers are expected to manage increasing ethical, relational, and professional complexity, yet are rarely offered structured supervision to support this work.
Kylie Ujdur
Behaviour Navigator was founded by an experienced educator with over twenty years of professional practice across a range of educational settings.
Kylie holds a Bachelor of Education (Primary), a Graduate Certificate in Special and Inclusive Support, and a Master of Special and Inclusive Education (with Distinction), with a focus on emotional and behavioural disturbances. Across her career, she has worked closely with students and teachers navigating complex behavioural, relational, and ethical challenges within schools.
Kylie's work as a Behaviour Support Practitioner introduced her to the practice of external professional supervision. Through her own participation in regular supervision sessions, she experienced the professional clarity, reflective depth, and personal sustainability that can emerge when practitioners are given structured space to think critically about their work.
This experience led Kylie to reflect on her teaching career and to question why, despite the complexity of teaching practice, she had never been offered access to ethical, reflective supervision to support both classroom teaching and middle leadership roles.
That question became the foundation for Behaviour Navigator.
Behaviour Navigator was created to offer teachers a structured, ethical, and reflective professional space, informed by practices long established in allied professions, and adapted thoughtfully for the context of education.
Behaviour Navigator is grounded in the belief that teachers deserve opportunities to reflect on ethical dilemmas, professional judgement, and complex decision-making, not in isolation, or in moments of crisis, but as an ongoing part of sustainable practice.
Through Behaviour Navigator, Kylie brings this work to teachers with the vision of supporting them to find their true north, just as reflective supervision helped her to find hers.
