Behaviour Navigator is currently offering a founder-led ERS-T™ pilot program for primary and secondary teachers.

The pilot offers:

• Monthly ERS™ sessions across one school term

• A structured introduction to Ethical Reflective Supervision

• An opportunity to shape the future development of ERS-T™

Participation is opt-in and involves a commitment to attend scheduled sessions as a form of self-directed professional learning.
