About
The Full Story
Having an invisible disability is hard.
Not because the experience isn't real, but because the people around you can't always see what's happening on the inside. The struggles are genuine. The effort is real. But without something visible to point to, it's easy for others to misread what they're seeing and easy for the child themselves to wonder why things that seem simple for everyone else feel so difficult for them.
Behaviour Navigator is an educational resource publisher specialising in brain-based behaviour and neurodevelopmental disability. Every resource we produce is grounded in peer-reviewed research and built from years of experience supporting children and families, because the gap between what the research says and what a child actually experiences is exactly where understanding gets lost.
At the heart of everything we produce is a simple belief: that every child with an invisible disability deserves to feel seen, heard, and understood — not just by the adults around them, but by themselves. That's because a child who understands their own brain is better equipped to advocate for themselves. And the adults who understand it alongside them are better equipped to help.
Behaviour Navigator: helping people find their true north.
